Ken is the Founder and CEO of Safe at All Star. Having two daughters in cheer, Ken had a personal stake in creating a critical mission to protect youth around the world.
Prior to launching Safe at All Star, Ken served in various corporate leadership roles throughout several decades. He served as Executive Vice President of Secure Education Consultants, an organization credited with improving safety and security of hundreds of thousands of children, parents and teachers across the country. Ken was recognized as a transformational leader who contributed significantly to the success of SEC. He has also served at many levels of security, emergency preparation, emergency response and related fields.
Today, Ken leads a team dedicated to the mission of youth abuse prevention and safety strategies. They have successfully implemented robust online tools used by youth serving organizations (YSOs) across the country. These tools includes educational content and videos and repeatable processes for abuse prevention and emergency response.

Robert (Bob) serves as Manager of Investigations, Crisis & Risk Management. He has 33 years of experience as a Police Officer and Detective with the Detroit Police Department. This includes 20 years in the Sex Crimes Unit and 15 years working with the FBI as a Task Force Officer for Missing and Exploited children.
Currently, Bob fulfills a critical function in his support of the Safe at All Star Help Line. Primarily, this includes caller consultation around the reporting and triage of abuse. Bob also works with our Content Team to create valuable safety videos used for abuse awareness and education.

Client Success Manager
Christine (Chris) Halliday brings over 10 years of experience in talent acquisition and retention as well as employee/client engagement. She has worked with organizations of varying size and scale, ranging from small and mid-sized companies to Fortune 500. Christine has been involved in all-star cheer, dance and gymnastics for over 20 years, serving as Co-Owner of Pennsylvania Storm All-Stars for over a decade.
Chris has a passion for team building, mentoring, and public speaking. Today, she takes pride in her work as Client Success Manager, responsible for client engagement within our valuable portfolio of training programs. Chris works diligently to ensure that all stakeholders (parents, athletes, coaches) understand the value of abuse prevention training within Youth Serving Organizations (YSOs). She is also still serving as a judge of all-star cheer and dance on a nationwide circuit!

Mike serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. Throughout his career, Mike has developed and delivered technology systems of wide-ranging uses and purposes. These include but are not limited to logistics, the treatment of leukemia, and the cause of delivering developing-world children from poverty. A technologist at heart, Mike is thrilled to bring innovative technology to the task of protecting young athletes.
Mike currently leads a team responsible for the design and delivery of customer-facing technology products. These products are designed to support youth abuse prevention and education. His nearly three-decade career with the Secret Service culminated in the position of Special Agent in Charge for the Secret Service, Presidential Protection Division. This vital position demanded both preventative and reactionary protection services for the President, First Family, key White House Advisors, and the White House Complex.
Mike's served in many supervisory roles for various Presidents and as Special Agent in Charge for the Obama and Trump administrations.

Jaime has served the All Star community for over 20 years in many capacities. She cheered throughout middle and high school, and went on to become a coach. This fueled her ongoing passion for the protection and safety of youth in athletics.
Jaime currently serves as Client Success Manager. Her primary responsibilities surround the enrollment and certification process, working directly with Club Owners to implement custom training modules for athletes and parents. She also manages the portfolio of clubs pursuing certification at any given time to help ensure timely completion of all associated tasks.

Sarah has over twenty years of law enforcement experience, most of which was focused on the protection of children.
She is the former AMBER Alert State Coordinator and Missing Children’s Clearinghouse Manager for the state of Michigan and has worked child abductions, sex-trafficking, violent crimes, organized crime, as well as heading the Missing Persons Unit for the Michigan State Police.
Sarah is the president and founder of Missing in Michigan, a non-profit that assists the families of missing persons and work together with law enforcement and the media to bring loved-ones home.
Sarah has worked thousands of missing children cases throughout her career and comes to us with a plethora of experience in child sex-trafficking. She garnered world honors when was awarded the prestigious “40 Under 40” Award from the International Association of Chiefs of Police. Her work in matching missing persons cases to unidentified remains across the country gave hundreds of families answers in their cold cases.
Sarah has been profiled in many written publications, including a book with a character based on her. Sarah's casework has been highlighted on Good Morning America, ID Discovery, and Dateline NBC.

Dr. Shannon brings personal and professional experiences in the world of athletics to the Safe at All Star team. She is a Doctor of Clinical Psychology specializing in the treatment of professional athletes from around the world.
A summa cum laude graduate from both Loyola Marymount University and Pepperdine University, Dr. Shannon is extensively trained in a number sports specific specializations, incorporating both traditional psychology, energy medicine and integrative therapeutic techniques in her practice. Her expertise in dealing with patients and their families who’ve experienced trauma, both in and out of the athletic arena, is influential to the types of trainings Safe at All Star makes available to athletes and their families.
She has a lifetime of experience in the working with athletes at the highest levels; not only has she served professional athletes (MLB, NFL, NHL, NBA, MLS) as a clinician, she is also from a family of athletes, with the unique perspective of growing up in Major League Baseball.
Dr. Shannon serves on a range of advisory boards in professional athletics and is involved in philanthropic endeavors giving back to the sports community, various medical diseases and child specific charities. She is the mother of 6 children and currently resides in St. Louis Mo.

Dylan currently serves as Web Development Manager, focusing on design and implementation of youth abuse and prevention technology. This includes the ongoing support of a robust Learning Management System (LMS) utilized by youth serving organizations (YSOs) across the country.
Dylan also provides technical support for the safeatallstar.com website, facilitating the timely resolution of user-reported issues. Dylan has most recently stepped into an important role mentoring newer team members.
His technical experience is broad, spanning web and application development, graphic design, content management, search engine optimization, and general software administration.

As Director of Crisis & Risk Management, Twana oversees investigations surrounding safety and policy compliance concerns involving athletes and coaches. This includes the 24-hour Help Line which is in place to support the triaging of abuse reports related to young athletes. Twana is also currently managing the Content & Training Team.
Twana is a retired First Lieutenant and former Commander of the Michigan Department of State Police (MSP) Professional Standards Section (Internal Affairs). She also served as a law enforcement officer in Michigan for over 25 years, holding ranks and positions of trooper, detective trooper, detective sergeant, acting detective lieutenant, retiring at the rank of First Lieutenant and Commander of the MSP Professional Standards Section (PSS), commonly referred to as Internal Affairs.

Christy has a Master's Degree in Education, and served as an English teacher for several years. She is the proud recipient of several awards for innovation in the classroom, and was promoted to leadership positions throughout her tenure serving children. Today, Christy serves as Director of Content & Training. She creates training materials about how to predict and prevent physical, sexual, and emotional abuse. Christy works diligently to ensure that all publications are inclusive, reaching across geographic locations, demographics, age ranges, ethnicities, sexual orientations, and physical impairments. Most importantly, Christy takes a very personal approach with clients, tailoring training to each client's specific policies, procedures, and organizational dynamics.
